I'm pretty sick of sensationalist news stories about crime and car crashes so I've written a GreaseMonkey script which hides them from me when I'm using http://news.google.com

After you install the script you may want to edit it a bit so that different words trigger the censorship. The words are near the top of the script, so you should be able to find them easily.

For it to work you need to be using Firefox and have the GreaseMonkey extension installed.

(this is just the very very first version of the script, so it hasn't been tested much!)
